About KOBIT

The main goal of these series of meetings is to gather the scientists and students who are interested in the fields of quantum optics and information and create an open environment to support collaboration. In 2016, the series of meetings started with the initial meeting KOBİT$\class{p-dark}{|0\rangle}$ in Hacettepe University (Ankara) followed by the meetings in Izmir Institute of Technology (İzmir-2017), Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University (Istanbul-2018), and Ankara University (Ankara, 2019). The last two meetings in 2020 (organized by Izmir Institute of Technology) and 2021 (organized by METU, Bilkent, and Hacettepe Universities) were held online due to the COVID pandemic.

The next meeting KOBİT$\class{p-dark}{|6\rangle}$ will be held online on 3-4 February 2022.
